How it works

Earned against the best.

01

Every game is graded.

We start from each player's match performance in every game they play.

02

Every opponent is weighed.

A great game against a top side earns more than the same game against a weak one.

03

Every point is earned over 18 months.

Recent games count most. One hot month can't buy the top spot.

Form tells you who's hot.
A ranking tells you who's best.

Golf and tennis have world rankings. Football had match ratings and transfer fees. GFPR counts 18 months of football, weighted by the strength of every opponent, so a place at the top has to be earned and kept.
